Raphael Romano, Co-founder and Director of Education, Ginastica Natural, will be appearing at the globally renowned Gracie Barra Fulham martial arts academy on Saturday 29th October.
The event is hosted by Martha Torres, a leading Ginastica Natural instructor (in fact the only female instructor of Ginastica Natural in the UK – so ladies take notes!) and founder of ‘Martha Fitness’ the increasingly popular pop-up fitness training and physio-rehabilitation academy, which operates across the City and South West London.
The event introduces to the UK the unique and cutting edge exercise regime that has helped thousands globally achieve miraculous results in core strength, fitness, toning and weight loss.
So what is it and how does it work?
The routes of Ginastica Natural stretch back to the ancient principles of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, one of the most powerful and effective fighting styles ever devised, now the back-bone of Mixed Martial Arts, one of the most demanding and popular sports in our history
“Ginastica Natural’s unique conditioning programmes originate in the Eastern movements and those of primitive man, incorporating ground movements of Jiu Jitsu combined with the techniques of stretching, flexibility and the breathing of Hatha yoga so that strength, toning and weight loss are created through the use of your own body weight.
‘You don’t need equipment, special clothing or experience. It’s awesome and anyone can learn,’ Torres says.
Ginastica Natural is a complete workout, developing core strength, muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, and balance among others. The breathing system allows extraordinary progress in mental and motor control and makes the whole experience invigorating.
Torres went onto say ‘The programs make you naturally lose weight at unparalleled levels. It’s truly amazing. It’s different to Martial Arts and dance related training.
That’s why we’re really excited to have the world leader in Ginastica Natural, Rapahael Romano here with us in London. The UK is the perfect place to teach Ginastica Natural, the growth in interest from both the martial arts and fitness markets has been amazing. Everyone is more conscious about health and fitness today and Ginastica provides the perfect solution.’
The event is open to the public and will take place on Saturday 29th October at Gracie Barra Fulham, 2 Fulham High Street, London, SW6 3LQ, from 4.30pm onward.
Please come along, this is a ‘not to be missed’ event for any fitness bods or anyone looking to improve the overall quality of their life through fitness.
