TRANZACT to Hire Over 1,500 Insurance Agents Across US

TRANZACT, a direct-to-consumer health care company that links individuals to U.S. insurance carriers, announced today that it is immediately adding more than 1,500 full-time jobs for insurance sales agents across several U.S. cities.
After successfully hiring and onboarding 1,200 sales agents last year, TRANZACT is actively hiring in the following seven cities, with remote opportunities for licensed agents who reside outside of these regions:

A position as a sales agent with TRANZACT offers uncapped earning potential and monthly sales bonuses, with some agents earning more than $75,000 in their first year in addition to full benefits. In 2020, TRANZACT’s top agent earned over $150,000.
“TRANZACT pays well,” said Nelson. “First-year agents that take advantage of our mentorship program have the ability to earn up to $75,000, and it’s our employees that make the difference.”
During the peak of the pandemic last year, TRANZACT helped hundreds of individuals build new careers by offering paid training and education to obtain an insurance license, including covering applicable fees.
“Individuals without an insurance license or any experience selling insurance are encouraged to apply,” said Lindsey Gardner, Director of HR, Sales and Operations at TRANZACT. “TRANZACT will pay for all the education and training needed for one to earn their insurance license.”
TRANZACT will also be looking to expand its Spanish-language sales and service division. There are immediate career openings for bilingual sales representatives.
The company will be hosting virtual job fairs via WebEx to meet with potential applicants and share insights into the sales agent roles and company culture and values.
