ReturnQueen, the Online Shopping Return Service App, Continues to Expand Service Options Across the United States

Tech startup ReturnQueen removes the hassle of returning unwanted purchases. Embodying their slogan “Returns Made Easy,” ReturnQueen, is an on-demand concierge service that picks up, processes and sends back all online shopping returns for their users. ReturnQueen has eliminated the need for taping, boxing and the handling of receipts. The company operates through their mobile app, available for both iOS and Android. This standalone app allows users to view all of their online purchases and easily schedule items for pick up and ultimately, return. ReturnQueen currently services over 3500 zip codes across the United States with plans to expand to additional major metropolitan cities across the country. A user need only drop their items for return by their front door, and the company’s “purple nation” of drivers will haul away the returns, pack up the boxes, and return all unwanted back to the retailer. The technology brand continues to rapidly expand their service offering to ensure their users are truly able to return anything, from anywhere.
Most recently, this disruptor has added retail monolith Amazon to their seemingly endless list of supported vendors. ReturnQueen users now have the option of scheduling pick ups for any of their Amazon purchases, leaving the ReturnQueen “purple nation” of drivers to send the item back directly, or operate through Amazon’s network of drop-off partners including Kohls and Whole Foods. ReturnQueen now has the ability to service an additional estimated 300M+ Amazon marketplace users, 65% of whom shop at a minimum of once per month. For the technology company, who already services thousands of retailers, Amazon is the clear cherry on the returns sundae.
