Rigney co-founded P3F in 2016 and is currently its Chief Technology Officer.

Prior to co-founding P3F, Rigney was an engineer at Vulnerability Research Labs, LLC, a developer of secure mobile communications and endpoint detection tools, which was acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation, Inc. in October 2010. Previously, Rigney performed cyber operations at the National Security Agency (NSA).
The company also announced that John Foster, currently a Security Researcher at P3F, has been appointed Chief Technology Officer. Foster has been instrumental to P3F’s engineering team since 2016, particularly capability development of tool kits, malware evaluation, and Capture The Flag competition challenges.
