Neologic Solutions Hires Greg Willis as Director of Business Development

Coming off the heels of a growth year amid a global pandemic and unprecedented market conditions, Neologic Solutions has hired a director of business development. This is a new role for our company that consults and sells solutions for commercial and industrial grade water treatment solutions.
Greg Willis has worked in the water treatment industry for nearly 20 years, overseeing brand and product launches, developing sales and growth strategies, and earning a deep understanding of water filtration and treatment options. He has worked with water filtration in diverse applications from industrial-grade heating and cooling to fluid transport devices in the medical industry.
Growing the commercial and industrial product lines is a major priority for Neologic this year. The company aims to appeal to its customers through a comprehensive product offering that can fill the full water treatment needs for an operation.
Neologic believes that it can capitalize on a fragmented water treatment market, much of which is tedious with older technology and still remains offline. The company also offers a private label and private labeling capabilities, as well as a robust product offering that makes it a one-stop-shop for all water treatment and plumbing needs.  
This announcement comes after some other major hiring decisions made in 2020, with Tom Schinner as the new Director of Product, Annette Garcia joining the team from Good Water Warehouse, and Rich Mata’afa from Challenger Water, based out of California.
