National Behavioral Health Plan Signs New Agreement with PRIME

PRIME is pleased to announce a new contract with one of the nation’s leading providers in behavioral health, medical specialty treatment, and fully integrated managed care. This contract expands PRIME’s existing relationship with the Plan to include outreach and validation requirements for active practitioners and provider groups that have not complied with the annual California Senate Bill 137 (CA SB 137) audit. CA SB 137 requires commercial insurers and health plans to meet uniform standards and provide timely updates for their provider directories.
