Lucata Corporation Announces Frank Brown as Chief Financial Officer

Lucata, provider of next-generation computing systems for high-performance, massively scalable processing of graph analytics, today announced that Frank Brown is Lucata’s Chief Financial Officer.
“Frank is a proven entrepreneur who will provide the discipline and experience in scaling a company that plans to go down in Computer History as the company that did for Big Data what the GPU did for graphics,” said Michael Maulick, Chairman and CEO of Lucata. “We are very pleased to have Frank in such a significant role. 
Frank Brown brings more than 30 years of financial management and operations experience in the technology industry to Lucata. Most recently, he was CFO at RiskSense until its acquisition by Ivanti. Previously, he was interim CFO at SpringCM, a high-growth SaaS company ultimately acquired by DocuSign, and CFO and Chief Operating Officer at Attensity, an industry pioneer in Big Data analytics and artificial intelligence, until its acquisition by InContact in 2016. Frank’s background includes experience as an investment banker, venture capitalist and software developer with Oracle and Accenture. He was also Managing Partner of Amber Ventures Consulting, where he mentored and served as an executive for emerging technology companies, helping them achieve operational and process improvements to optimize cash flow and profitability.
Frank holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
