iNextrix Announced London Business Trip Is on Hold

iNextrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd had announced that the trip to London is put on hold because of the increasing threat of COVID 19.

Earlier, the company had announced that the cofounders of the company will be on a business trip to London from the 16th of March 2020 to 22nd of March 2020. The company cofounders had booked stand number 1961 at one of the leading events, namely, Call and Contact Centre Expo. The Expo was supposed to take place at ExCel London on 18 March and 19 March 2020. Due to the increasing threat of Coronavirus, officials of Call and Contact Centre Expo has cancelled the expo in March and rescheduled it on 15 and 16 September 2020.

By following the step of Call and Contact Centre Expo, iNextrix team has cancelled their visit to London as of now. The spokesperson of the company shared that due to safety concerns, the company representative will not travel abroad as of now.

“We had made all the arrangements and we were supposed to leave for the expo this week only. However, things have changed drastically now. By keeping, legislation as well as the safety of everyone in mind, we have cancelled our trip. We will participate in CC Expo in September 2020. As of now, we will entertain all prospects and other meetings virtually, which were pre-scheduled”, shared spokesperson of the company.

As per the shared details, the company has received an amazing response from the prospects and customers in London for their intelligent call center software, namely, iCallify. Thus, the company will arrange an online demo of iCallify 2.0 for the prospects and customers who have shown interest in it.
