In late March, Hair Club launched a revamped website ( with streamlined functionality and a brand new look., which features a sophisticated new design and engaging content, reinforces the company’s overarching mission: to transform lives through innovative and proven hair restoration solutions for men and women of all ages, regardless of hair type or level of hair loss. The site targets people seeking hair loss solutions with the goal of improving the experience for the user.

“The online journey is a critical one for our clients,” says Cara Pluff, Sr. Digital Marketing Manager at Hair Club. Pluff, along with the creative and marketing teams, developed a new design from the ground up, with high-caliber lifestyle imagery, an attractive red, black, white, and gray color theme, and a more open page layout. Additional enhancements include compelling client success stories and easy-to-find “Welcome” bars for online chats with a Hair Club representative.

The new site is also distinguished by faster loading times and full accessibility on mobile devices. This improvement is particularly advantageous, says Pluff.

“Our goal was to be able to reach a tech-savvy demographic that’s not only engaged across multiple devices, but also hungry to consume web based content,” she says.

To that goal, Pluff and her team set out to create a well-designed, informative and inspirational website with a multi-platform strategy in mind. The result is not only visually appealing, but also more effective in giving clients access to all the information they need to make an appointment, regardless of what device they’re using or where they are.

“The updated site wide navigation system makes the new website extremely user friendly,” says Pluff. She adds: “The new design makes it easier to navigate on a wider range of web browsers and portable devices than ever before.”
