Len Garza, Garza Law, LLC, was a featured guest on CSB’s ‘The Gold Minded, a public affairs show which offers advice for entrepreneurs, small business owners and the self-employed.
During a wide-ranging discussion with host Casey Bell, Garza offered insight on how his firm can help any business with their start up process, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Garza explained how his firm counsels businesses and entrepreneurs to begin the process by taking the correct legal actions at the outset. In addition, Garza added in some advice about mindset these owners should embrace. According to Garza, You have to have the passion for the business.
Garza emphasized the important lessons he learned while starting his own firm, Garza Law, LLC. “What I learned very quickly is that it’s never the perfect time to go off on your own. There are always going to be challenges and things that are going to be in the way.” He continued, “You need a plan with how to cope with those…If you have the grit, mental fortitude and passion, you can definitely make it work.”
Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Garza states, “I have been able to help a lot of my clients and it has been very gratifying to guide small businesses through these difficult and unprecedented times.”
