In the breakfast lecture, Niklas Delmar talks about the power of strong employee engagement. According to him, occupational psychology research shows that commitment correlates strongly with the individual’s own well-being and performance as well as with the organization’s goal achievement, profitability, and turnover.
He also discusses how to build good results in the short term, while not taking care of employee commitment, is not sustainable over time. If we have sustainable employees, our achievements and results will also be sustainable in the long term and society will feel better overall.
