Bay Area Production Company Gets Back To Work With Casting for Short Film

Today Angry Elf Entertainment, LLC, a local production company and indie film maker announced the casting of a new short film titled “Confinement”. The film is a fictional suspense/thriller that highlights one man’s struggle with addiction. While the company’s other projects have been on hold due to Covid-19, this shoot will proceed requiring only two actors recording in separate locations.

When asked about the film, director Don Stelmaszek said “With everyone suffering from being sequestered this year. We wanted to create a short film that we can shoot while adhering to social distancing. We also wanted to remind people that COVID is not the only reason people are feeling trapped or CONFINED. We need to be there for friends and family even in good times because they still might feel trapped”.

“Confinement” is an in house project written by Anthony Caputo, who has also received writing and production credits for other company films “The Glass Half Full” and “Doll Face”. The film will be directed by Don Stelmaszek and cast by Cameron Brumbelow. The company plans on a run of festival submissions prior to placing the film on Amazon for streaming.
