Author, Expert, Nancy OKeefe Explains Tool to Combat ‘The Great Resignation’

Nancy OKeefe, CEO Nancy OKeefe Consulting, Leading Workplace Strategist and author of the book Unlimited Talent: What Every CEO Needs to Know to Win the Workforce War, being re-released in response to the 2.9% “quit rate” reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, announced today the availability of the Employee Exodus Assessment for CEOs of companies with up to 500 employees.
This assessment gives CEOs a “read” on employees in key areas that underlie most resignations. In addition to gaining insight into employees, the assessment helps uncover company vulnerabilities, areas that should be enhanced to improve talent attraction, engagement, productivity, and employee retention capabilities in the organization.
“If a company can’t attract and retain talent, it’s time to take an objective look at what’s going on inside the organization and stop blaming the job market, the economy, the pandemic and other external factors,” claims OKeefe.
